The Service.
With every serviced villa you are looked after by your own private chef and dedicated villa manager 5 days per week. You can relax knowing everything is taken care of and wake up every morning with an expertly prepared European-style continental breakfast, followed by a casual summer's lunch or a theatrical, engaging dinner experience.
Your villa team will contact you before your arrival to ensure everything is in place; this includes menu discussions with your chef to help tailor each day to your preferences and understand all dietary needs within the group. Discuss any holiday specifics, activities and excursions, wine preferences, special occasions, room layouts, shopping requirements and not forgetting children's food and equipment if needed. As well as any questions you might have before your arrival.
Upon entry, you will be greeted by the team and welcomed into the villa with freshly made lemonade and a selection of local meats and cheeses to help you settle in, whilst we help with any luggage that needs brought in and set into your rooms.
Your team will have two days off per week (typically Tuesday & Thursday) leaving you great flexibility to enjoy some of the local restaurants or some alone time in the villa. Rest assured we will have everything sorted with you and are always contactable through WhatsApp.

Your Villa Manager will be on hand to help prepare and set your table for your chosen meals, making sure it looks professionally decorated with crisp clean linen napkins and centrepieces. They will also prepare the pool area in the mornings whilst you graze over your morning treats with fresh pool towels, parasol adjustment and seating areas set up. After breakfast enjoy a homemade mid-morning refreshment to set you up for the day.
We will also help clean and organise the communal areas to keep the villa looking fresh at all times.
When we're not in the villa your villa manager is always contactable through WhatsApp should you need any advice on the area, booking reservations or urgent enquires.
