All whilst keeping sustainability and local produce in mind.
In our exclusive villas a fully stocked drinks fridge can be found with Rosa Blanca beer, a selection of soft drinks, fever tree tonic, still and sparkling water; your team will keep this topped up at all times throughout your stay.

With every booking choose an evening to indulge in a taste of elegance, 39 Degrees North Mallorca works with Maison Ruinart to deliver the fresh taste of the Brut Champagne from the oldest champagne house to date, paired with a pre-dinner selection of delicious canapes made by your Chef.
Gin Tasting & Canapés
With every booking choose a different evening for your Villa manager to prepare and host a Gin tasting experience accompanied by a selection of canapes made by your Chef. You will get to try 3 different gins produced here in Mallorca, paired with fresh garnishes to enhance flavour. Perfect to enjoy pre-dinner.
