Private Dining.
Whether it’s a one-off meal or a few days of villa catering when you book our private dining service your chef will contact you prior to your meal/meals to discuss any menu specifics, dietary or allergenic requirements & preferences to ensure we tailor your menu to suit everybody. We also discuss timings, children’s food if necessary & any wine preferences.
Upon confirmation, we would typically arrive at your villa on your chosen date/s around 2 hours before to finalise any preparations, discuss dining arrangements, lay and decorate the table, and carry out our food and drinks service. After your meal, we will clear the table & clean down the kitchen leaving it tidy & organised so you can enjoy the rest of your evening.
The Service.
LUNCH
Lunch can typically be a summer selection of 3 salads ‘family style’ using fresh, seasonal and local produce accompanied by a meat/fish protein or perhaps a more classical plated lunch; the decision is yours.
A light, fruit-based dessert to share or to indulge in separately.
Local Pollenca olive oil, bread, butter and balsamic vinegar.
Still and Sparkling water for the table.
DINNER
Choose between a relaxed themed night of family-style food such as Mallorcan tapas, sushi or Mexican dishes or a more formal dinner of Canapes followed by a 3-course meal.
Pre dinner snacks
Decorated table with folded linen napkins and centre piece.
Local Pollenca olive oil, bread, butter and balsamic vinegar.
Still and sparkling water service.
CHILDREN
If your children are dining we can provide a separate more traditional child-friendly meal for them to enjoy. All of which will be discussed prior to the event.
Wine Pairing & Bubbles.
Wine pairing & bubbles can be tailored to suit your menu, 39 Degrees North works with the three vineyards closest to Pollenca that offer some of the best locally produced & sustainable wines in the area. At an additional charge, we will carefully select from these vineyards according to your specific preferences and menus to bring along with us to enjoy throughout your meal.
Gin Tasting.
If you are a Gin lover like us, our Gin tasting experience is a perfect way to enjoy that pre-dinner time with your friends & loved ones; You will get to taste 3 different gins made here in Mallorca garnished with fresh botanicals to enhance flavour.
Our Gin tasting is €25 Per Person.
