As you make your way upstairs, you'll find the two largest en-suite bedrooms including the master suite, both with private terraces overlooking the picturesque mountain top skyline.

Ground Floor.

Upon entry you are greeted by a spacious open plan living and dining room with comfortable sofas and direct access to the outside areas. The remaining two large bedrooms, their bathrooms and a modern kitchen with a drinks & wine fridge can also be found.

Lower Floor.

On the lower floor you will find its spacious playroom fully equipped with toys and games to keep the little ones entertained, a selection of gym equipment, a cosy movie area and a laundry room.

Outside Areas.

Its luscious gardens surrounding the villa and your own private orchard on your doorstep is something in itself; but with its shaded terraces & chill out pod you'll be sure to find the perfect spot for when you need to cool off or dive into a good book. On the rear terrace is a al fresco dining table & seating area overlooking the pool as well as a separate BBQ area with its own seating. There is also a children's swing, sand pit and table tennis.

Pool.

A centre piece 12m pool with sun loungers and a 'pool house' seating area. The pool can be fenced to provide a safer place to swim and play.
